My clients are the best! And although I rarely have to exercise my rules and regulations, I do have a few. This helps me to keep our relationship as professional as possible.
*Please arrive on time your appointment time so that I can discuss, ask questions before hand and answer any questions & concerns you may have and go over the after care sheet with you.
**Please keep your entourage to a minimum please. I will allow 1 person to QUIETLY sit in with you; or quietly wait for you in the lobby. I take my work VERY seriously and I am not one for loud & dramatic individuals breathing over me & asking questions while I’m working on someone else.
*Late/No shows-*I ask for 4 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you forfeit reservation fee for that particular service.
*If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session,, please call/text us as you may need to be rescheduled, so we can remain on schedule for our next appointments.
If you get here late and I don’t have time to fit you in before my next appointment you will have to reschedule online & pay the reservation fee again. FYI (We have to option of refunding the 2nd reservation fee for rescheduling back to your card at your next appointment at our own discretion) OR we can rebook you by text or phone call & confirm the time is available. We know that thing come up but we still have to pay our assistants if you are late or don’t show up.
*Reservation fees are applied to your service balance minus any discounts we offered and remainder for your services are payable in cash or by credit/debit card. Please have enough cash on hand to pay your balance upon arrival for your appointment, as there will be no time for me to escort you to an ATM before my next appointment NO EXCEPTIONS. Reservation fees are refundable if appointment is cancelled 4 hrs. or more prior to appointment time.
***PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS are for actual procedures on individuals who already know what they want. There's a lot of information about permanent makeup online, so there is no need for me to spend time convincing indecisive individuals. Harm can be done & flaws to your procedure from squirming & flinching individuals who do this before I even get started, so I will not waste my time with these clients, I will dismiss their appointment and they forfeit the reservation fee for that service. So either pull it together fast of be dismissed.
*It is your responsibility to schedule additional sessions IF they were included with your procedure, prior to the 8 week deadline.
